We ship worldwide from our Seoul warehouse. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, while express shipping options can arrive within 3-5 business days.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tested.

How can I check the expiration date of my products?

Korean products usually display the manufacture date (제조) or the expiration date (까지). Most unopened skincare products have a shelf life of 30 months from the manufacture date.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
